Carol is a former Headteacher with over 20 years’ experience in the field of education.

Prior to her career in Education, Carol worked for over 7 years in Human Resources. NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) qualified, Carol is driven by her passion to create a better world for all; one where there is true equality of opportunity. Carol passionately believes in ‘giving back’ and, in supporting others to achieve their goals and ambitions.  Carol’s education and professional background means she has a wealth of experience in understanding people and how people take information on board. Carol’s teaching background means she knows how to positively change mindsets whilst her HR background has given her a strong insight into supporting others to deal effectively with difficult situations.
