Meet your coach: Aisha Raymond

Aisha Raymond
Degree in Psychology, Masters in Education, National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)

Aisha Raymond became a Headteacher at 33 and became one of the youngest Black Headteachers in the UK.

She has been in education for over 15 years and obtained a degree in Psychology, followed by her Masters in Education and has also been accredited with a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)

She is passionate that all children are successful regardless of the barriers that they may face.

She enjoys facilitating and speaking at conferences and enjoys mentoring and coaching teachers, middle and senior leaders. Aisha has been a coach for over 10 years and has a proven track record to coach different people at different stages in their lives into their dream roles. She also is a Team Coach and has expertise in leading team corporate events.

Aisha is a specialist in developing expertise in curriculum design and assessment and leveraging the expertise of subject leaders.

Aisha has successfully implemented Wellbeing and Mental Health Programs and delivered these bespoke programs to Senior Leaders.
